Apink (Korean: 에이핑크, Japanese: エーピンク; also written as A Pink) is a South Korean girl group formed by Plan A Entertainment in 2011. The group consists of Park Chorong, Yoon Bomi, Jung Eunji, Kim Namjoo and Oh Hayoung. Hong Yookyung left the group in April 2013 to focus on her studies, while Son Naeun left in April 2022 following scheduling conflicts.

Apink made their official debut on April 19, 2011, with the mini album, Seven Springs of Apink, along with the title track "I Don't Know". In October 2014, Apink released their first Japanese single, "NoNoNo".The group has won awards at shows such as the 26th Golden Disc Awards, 21st Seoul Music Awards and 13th Mnet Asian Music Awards. Their first music program win was on M Countdown on January 5, 2012, for "My My" from their second mini-album Snow Pink. Apink has won more than 30 music awards and 32 music program awards. To date Apink has released seven Korean mini-albums, three Korean studio albums and three Japanese studio albums.

On April 1st, 2019, Apink's company (Plan A Entertainment) and another company (FAVE Entertainment) have merged in what is now called Play M Entertainment.

On April 30th 2021, Play M Entertainment announced Naeun's departure from the company. They stated she continues to be on good terms with the company and will promote with Apink as six and at other times the group will promote as five.

As of November 1, 2021, Play M once again merged with Cre.ker Entertainment, which is home of the boy group The Boyz, which is now revealed to be known as IST Entertainment.

On April 8, 2022, Naeun's withdrawl from the group was announced by herself, which was later confirmed by IST Entertainment via the group's fancafe. Chorong also shared a handwritten letter following her departure.

On April 28th, 2023, IST Entertainment released a statement that members Chorong, Bomi, Namjoo, and Hayoung would not be renewing their contracts with the company, while Eunji would remain in IST Entertainment. They added that Apink will continue doing activities as a group.[1] Later that day, it was announced that Chorong, Bomi, Namjoo, and Hayoung signed exclusive contracts with the company Choi Creative Lab.[2]
